Changpeng “CZ” Zhao said that BNB Chain is working on a video tutorial focused on teaching users how to create an AI agent on its platform. This comes after the team outlined an AI-first technology integration strategy in its 2025 roadmap.
The roadmap includes the implementation of native AI agents into wallets in order to assist users with trading, spending, and booking travel.
CZ teased the upcoming tutorial on X while highlighting BNB Chain’s market position in terms of DEX volume.
According to DeFiLlama data, the chain recorded $3.7 billion in 24-hour volume and $31 billion in seven-day volume, representing over 38% market share with a 66% weekly volume increase.
“It all started with a video tutorial. Heard the team is making a new video tutorial on how to create AI Agents on BNB Chain,” CZ tweeted while sharing DeFiLlama rankings.
Data from Nansen shows BNB Chain’s active addresses grew 21% while transaction fees surged 388% over the past week, largely driven by increased activity following CZ’s meme coin-related posts.
Earlier this month, BNB Chain released a video tutorial on how to create a meme coin on the Four.meme platform, aimed at enabling users to quickly and easily launch their own meme coins without needing coding skills.
The tutorial inadvertently led to the creation of a test token named TST, which briefly surged in market cap due to its mention in the video.
Following the surge in interest, CZ clarified that TST was never intended as a tradeable asset and was solely for educational purposes. He added that neither he nor Binance held any of the tokens, distancing themselves from any endorsement.
The former CEO of Binance was again in the spotlight this week as he expressed interest in the concept of creating a meme coin inspired by his Belgian Malinois dog using only the dog’s name and photos. CZ said he thought about revealing his dog’s name and photos.
On Thursday, CZ revealed the name of his dog, Broccoli, and dismissed rumors about launching a meme coin based on the pet.
While CZ shared that he wouldn’t create a meme coin himself, he indicated that the BNB Foundation might support community-driven tokens on the BNB Chain. He said that he merely shared his dog’s photo and name as promised, leaving meme coin creation to the community.
The revelation led to the creation of numerous Broccoli-themed meme coins. These tokens quickly proliferated across platforms like Solana’s Pump.fun and Four.meme.
A Twitter user called out BNB Chain for being late to the AI agent trend, telling CZ to “give it a rest” after a recent tweet. CZ, in response, downplayed the timing, stating that “being late is not a problem” and that his team keeps building.
Had enough rest inside. 😆 Being late is not a problem. We keep building.
